Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their orders according to the following guidelines:

    If a customer requests order cancellation before a writer has been assigned, they are eligible for a full compensation. The amount paid by the customer will be credited to their account on our website or refunded to their bank account.

  • Writer assigned

    Once a writer has been assigned to an order, the customer cannot cancel it.

    In the event of order cancellation or delay, funds deposited by the customer will be added to their account balance on our website and are non-refundable.

Late Delivery:

If there is any delay in delivering the order, customers have the right to claim Time Delivery Difference Compensation. The compensation will be calculated based on the initial deadline and the time of delay. However, the following cases are not eligible for compensation:

Compensation for the late delivery cannot be provided in any of the following cases.

  • Delays caused by customer actions, such as late payment, failure to submit required material, or delayed responses to our inquiries.
  • Delays resulting from issues on the customer's end, such as internet problems, browser issues, or system failures.

Quality Issues:

  • If a customer is not fully satisfied with the provided work and wishes to claim compensation, the Quality Assurance Team will assess the quality requirements. The customer needs to provide feedback indicating the issues with the delivered product. The QA team will investigate and calculate compensation based on the percentage of mistakes in the paper.
  • Please note that compensation requests due to a bad grade will not be considered valid. The drafts provided by our company are for reference purposes only and should not be submitted directly.
  • If a customer claims that the paper is plagiarized, a Turnitin report is required for verification. No other report will be accepted for compensation purposes.

Refund Processing:

Once a refund request is confirmed, the company will process it within seven days. Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any bank transfer fees, transfer issues, or delays caused by bank service problems.

  • Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.
  • Please note that our services do not include subscription offers or require recurring payments. We do not offer any subscription packages or periodic payment plans.
